My Approach:

     I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at McDaniel College who is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion, respect, and authenticity. My healthcare background allows me to understand the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, and life stressors.

     I am currently completing my practicum and internship with Adams Counseling. I believe therapy should be a collaborative and nonjudgmental process. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. I value meeting clients where they are and working together to identify strengths, develop coping strategies, and foster meaningful growth
