My Approach:

     I am a recent graduate of McDaniel College, where I majored in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I strive to create a judgment-free space where children, adolescents, and young adults feel less alone! I love a person-centered style of therapy because I think the client should always be in charge of their own treatment. However, I adjust my style based on what the client needs so that they feel the most empowered. My interests are in anxiety, mood disorders, stress, and self-image struggles.
