My Approach:

Choosing the right support for your child is a decision that matters, and I am here to partner with your family every step of the way. While my formal education—a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University—provided a strong grounding in marriage and family systems, my true passion and clinical focus is on supporting children, youth, and early adolescents.

     I offer specialized support for children ages 5 to 15 who are navigating challenging experiences such as anxiety, depression, ADHD,  and the effects of traumatic events. I utilize Play-based Therapy/ Play Therapy-informed and other child-centered modalities, applying developmentally appropriate approaches to help young clients express themselves fully, build essential coping skills, and achieve genuine emotional growth.

     Beyond my work with children and teens, I also support young adults as they face the stressful and pivotal transition into independent adult life, helping them build confidence and resilience utilizing an integrative approach tailored to their specific needs and challenges.

     My commitment is to your family’s comfort and well-being. I am dedicated to creating a warm, judgment-free, and engaging environment where every client feels safe, understood, and genuinely supported. By working collaboratively with families, I ensure each person receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs, supporting their overall growth and ability to thrive.
