MS, NBCC, LCPC, MD Board Certified Clinical Supervisor

My Approach:
Welcome — I know reaching out for support can be one of the hardest and bravest first steps you take. It takes courage to open up and allow someone into your story, and I honor that. My role is to walk alongside you, offering compassion, understanding, and practical tools to help you move forward.
I work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, tailoring my approach to your unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment.
With extensive experience in trauma, co-parenting, and reunification work, I understand the complexity of navigating family dynamics, healing from painful experiences, and building healthier relationships. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or other challenges, I draw from evidence-based therapies — including EMDR, CBT, ACT, and DBT — to support your growth and healing.
I believe deeply in everyone’s capacity for change. Wherever you are in your journey, I am here to support you — step by step — toward a more balanced, connected, and fulfilling life. Let’s take this step together.
