My Approach:
Reaching out for support can be one of the most powerful acts of self-care—and it often begins with a single, brave step. Choosing to begin counseling is a meaningful way of honoring yourself and your relationships. As a counselor, I feel deeply privileged to walk alongside clients as they navigate healing, growth, and transformation. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where your story is met with care and respect, and where we can work together to build insight, skills, and resilience that support lasting, positive change.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to counseling—life doesn’t come with a manual. For this reason, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existential Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Together, we will identify an approach that feels supportive, collaborative, and aligned with your individual needs and goals.
I work with teens and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m here to support you on your path toward healing and wellness.
