My Approach:
I am a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently beginning my practicum at Adams Counseling. I have experience as a school counselor in São Paulo, Brazil.
I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and compassionate space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their counseling journey. I identify with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have a strong interest in working with and specializing in trauma.
I am half Japanese and half Brazilian, and my cultural background has instilled in me a strong appreciation for diversity. I aim to bring this strength into my clinical work, always carrying a commitment to give my very best for the benefit of my clients.
