Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we currently accept a variety of insurance plans, including Aetna, CareFirst BlueCross/BlueShield, Cigna, Johns Hopkins Healthcare, and United Healthcare. We do NOT currently accept Medicaid or Medicare.

Do you offer sliding scale rates?
For those without insurance or seeking more affordable care, we also offer sliding-scale pricing or reduced-rate sessions provided by our highly trained clinical interns, under the supervision of licensed professionals. 

How long does each therapy session take?
Generally, a standard session can be from 30 to 55 minutes. Sessions for children typically run 30 to 45 minutes. Adult sessions usually run 53 to 58 minutes.

Do you provide in-person or telehealth sessions?
Yes, we provide both in-person and virtual appointments.

Where are you located?
We have offices in Sykesville and Ellicott City. Stay Tuned! In March 2026 we will be moving to our new office space in Sykesville's Historic District.
