Do you offer sliding scale rates?
We are credentialed with many insurance companies including Blue Cross, CareFirst, Cigna, Aetna, United Health Care - and the subsidiaries; however, if that does not apply to your situation, we will work with you.

How long does each therapy session take?
Generally, a standard session can be from 30 to 55 minutes. Sessions for children typically run 30 to 45 minutes. Adult sessions usually run 53 to 58 minutes.

Do you provide in-person or telehealth sessions?
Yes, we provide both in-person and virtual appointments.
