My Approach:

I am a graduate student at McDaniel College pursuing licensure in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently completing my practicum and internship with Adams Counseling.

I am committed to providing a judgment-free, safe, and supportive therapeutic space where individuals of all backgrounds feel respected, heard, and empowered. My integrative clinical approach blends Strengths-Based and Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered counseling to support meaningful and sustainable change.

I bring clinical experience working with children and adolescents in inpatient mental health settings, as well as residential programs serving youth involved in juvenile services, social services placements, and various stages of recovery. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work with complex presentations using empathy, structure, and practical interventions.

I am a strong and visible ally to the LGBTQ+ community and am dedicated to supporting individuals as they work toward greater stability, purpose, and overall well-being. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients in their counseling journey.
