My Approach:
Growing up in Ukraine taught me the power of genuine human connection, whether supporting a neighbor in a tough moment or volunteering in my community. These early experiences shaped my belief that healing doesn’t happen alone; it grows through support, trust, and compassion. As a counselor, I strive to offer my clients the same sense of safety and partnership.

My therapeutic style is supportive, focused on helping clients build awareness, deepen insight, and make thoughtful, value-aligned decisions. Because there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing, I use an integrative approach grounded in evidence-based therapies including ACT, IFS, CBT, and Person-Centered Therapy. I have experience working with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and relationship issues. I provide counseling in both English and Russian.
I believe deeply in each person’s capacity for growth and transformation. My goal is to walk alongside you, step by step, as you move toward a more grounded, connected, and meaningful life. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone — I’m here to support you.
