Counseling Intern

My Approach:
Life is full of unexpected changes, and choosing to begin therapy is a courageous step. As your counselor, I work collaboratively with you to navigate life’s challenges in a supportive and compassionate environment. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable, heard, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
I support clients who are experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed interventions. When appropriate, I also incorporate mindfulness techniques to help you develop healthy coping skills that can be used both in and outside of sessions.
I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples, and I am committed to meeting each client where they are. I look forward to supporting you as you begin this new chapter and move toward growth and healing.
